Effects of team members leaving and joining a Scrum Team
Proper spring weather had just kicked in few days ago where I am, this week my focus will be moving from artefact or events in scrum framework management to role such as development team which means as a scrum master willing to stay on for the long term with an organization even when the team can self-managed that they may not necessarily need a dedicated Scrum Master, my discussion is targeted around managing team member leaving especially when a new project just started and you've mapped out like five sprints upward but one or two members decide to move on for another opportunity.
